8 Incredible Lucid Dream Stories
1. Dream food & meeting anyone you wish for
“The most fun lucid dreams I have are the ones in which I’m visiting new cities and I can go in any store I want and take everything I want and imagine, no people to stop me.
Every food I try in my lucid dreams tastes amazing and candy shops are a must have in a lot of my lucid dreams :))
Also, when I was a kid I dreamed I had a TV with only commercials with stuff that I like and knowing that I’m in a dream I would stick my hand in the TV and grabbed the objects and just taking them.
I love that after a long bad day when you go to bed and have a lucid dream I can imagine I’m in a very beautiful landscape, all peace and quiet, you can have whoever you want right next to you, whether that person is someone who died or someone you never met.
Sometimes I’m taking a walk with my dead grandpa and just talk.
You do know in lucid dreaming that the person you chose to see is dead, but it doesn’t scare you. It’s comforting being able to have a hug from someone you can’t have it from in real life.
I think that the most beautiful part of lucid dreaming is making a perfect day and living it in your head and feeling like it was real and remembering it perfectly. It makes up for a lot of bad days.”

2. Epic sky battle with a demon
“I was driving on a desert highway. If I remember correctly I could hear the song: Bat out of hell. The sky looked amazing (they always do in lucid dreams).
Eventually, I arrived at some castle (similar to Anor Londo from Dark souls) with a giant demon thing in front of it. Somehome I found myself holding a sword.
So I jumped up 20 feet into the sky (gravity wasn’t working anymore) and had an epic sky battle with the demon.
Afterward, I entered the castle where I was the king apparently there I f**ked my crush.
Afterward, I ate M&Ms for some reason.
Anyway, that dream felt like a whole hour! Never had such a long lucid dream.”

3. Meeting my future self
“No sooner had I finished constructing my dream house and sat down in a floating chair (gravity is so unnecessary) there was a knock at the door.
Now till this point, I was lucid and had complete control over my surroundings so this was a little unexpected, to say the least.
I shouted out “come in” and the door started to open. I knew I could summon a Gatling gun instantly if needed but remained calmly sat down.
The dream was slipping in and out of lucidity but I was aware enough to be completely fascinated at what was happening.
A man walked in and said “I think you know who I am” I just watched in amazement as the man sat down in a chair he had conjured himself.
He looked like me but quite a lot older possibly in his 50’s. “What do you want?” I asked him.
There was a long pause, “what do you think is happening now” he responded.
I told him I knew this was a dream and how it had been lucid until his arrival.
“You should really be doing more than this,” he said, he went on to tell me how much was possible when there are no rules, the places I could go or make, the creatures I could create.
He belittled my tendency to just fly around and make nice little houses, he pissed me off, to be honest, but he was right. I had been held back and wasn’t using my imagination to its fullest.
He told me how I could come back and visit the places I made in future lucid episodes, and that a single house was ok.
But what if I imagined a whole world that I could fill with beautiful landscapes and people, I could create my own dimension and compose it like a God.
“You already know how to do it, you just need more control, focus and imagination”
I asked him “So are you supposed to be me from the future, come back to guide me?” “Maybe,” he said.
“Any chance of the lottery numbers for Saturday,” I said, He just laughed, got up, shook my hand, said “You’ll be fine” and left.
I looked out of the window, the sun shone on lush green fields all the way to the horizon. It was nice but I wanted more, I blinked and it all disappeared, I was floating in complete darkness, nowhere!
I imagined a fire building up within me till I was rushing with electricity and lava, going nuclear.
I exploded Big Bang style in all directions at once having lost all sense of my physical body, I was an expanding wave of matter and light and energy.
Just a thoughtform, I was everywhere all at once creating my own universe, I span matter into a sun, growing larger and more fearsome with every passing second.
Then planets were formed, as I honed in on one, in particular, I watched the terrain shift and swirl as magma, rock, and water battled for supremacy, I imagined myself once again in human form and flew down towards the surface.
The new earth beneath my feet I looked up at my world, imagining and creating the landscape as I went along. Huge purple mountains rose up from the earth, as too did the trees. I carved out rivers that ran towards an ocean. And then there came life!
The birds flew among the trees, fishes now populated the seas, and beasts now roamed the lands.
But I remembered the advice I had been given about not holding back and no rules, so then there were dragons, soaring through the sky, magnificent creatures.
Their scales glimmered like black diamonds, their roars shook the earth.
One of them landed in front of me and lowered itself so I could get on.
As soon as I was settled it took off flying high into the air. Although by now I was used to flying this was amazing, a childhood dream come true.
The dragon now descended through clouds and veered through the mountains, we landed on the tallest and when I jumped off the dragon flew away.
I looked around at my world, I would be back next time, there was so much more to create. I decided this was where I would make my home, so I began to construct my temple.
Huge black marble stones were whizzing around me, dropping effortlessly into place and carving themselves into shapes, pillars, that reached high into the sky, indestructible, divine.
When I awoke I wrote everything down and drew pictures of my temple. I would be back again the next time I slept, I was beyond excited, this was the first time I had really thought outside the box, I had made another reality.”

4. The deadly flight
“Recently I’ve started to link details of my dreams to real life events, places and situations.
It is impressive the accuracy and similarities linked to waking life. Almost feels like time traveling and it is intriguing to find out of people in my dreams.
I will summarize my latest dream. I dreamed I was traveling to (LAX) via airplane. Flight #191.
I was unable to fly due to not having legal documents per custody arrangements of my child.
The departure location was unknown. We went to a hotel that had a nice pool and drove back home for an entire day.
Got back home and went to my business partner son’s birthday party. When arrived there was a photo shoot of his son with a huge bumblebee transformer toy.
I do not have a business partner but clearly recall the name Tariq and ethnicity (Middle Eastern).
When I researched flight #191 there is a correlation to a Delta airlines plane crash back in the 80’s destination LAX.
My way of interpretation is I cheated death by not boarding. There is a higher purpose for me and it wasn’t my time to die.
In other words, I am destined to live. It is very intriguing and I would like to link up with people affected by that accident.
Perhaps there are some that missed the flight?”

5. Chased by T Rex sized dinos
“One of my faves was a dream where I was in Jurassic Park, being chased by T Rex sized dinos.
I ran down to the wharf, where they had rows and rows of garden sized sheds. I got stuck between 2 sheds, one behind, one in front.
I had a Rex head at the opening on the left, and on the right.
I realized I was dreaming, so I opened the shed in front of me, and just ripped the back apart like a set of curtains.”

6. Becoming a giant
“I love spiderman, so I whipped around a city!
It was great fun and honestly made my entire day better after waking up.
But that wasn’t all since I lapsed out of lucid dreaming and was stuck in a mansion.
Then, I re-realized I was dreaming, and grew into a giant and wrecked some airplanes!”

7. Floating around
“I was sitting in my front driveway just shooting the wind with my dad and some neighbors.
I realized everyone was acting kinda off so I tapped my neighbor (M 40) to the right of me.
I said, “Are you alright?”. He just looks at me with this off-putting neutrality and inhumanity and says “This is not the me you recognize”.
That’s when I knew it was a dream. I looked around once more and saw his son giving me the same neutral and inhuman eyes.
He motioned to the woods just to the right of us and uncaringly declared “There, the hall of time”.
I look over, and part of the forest has a glow to it. I almost lost control when I saw it because I remember unknowingly floating over there.
As soon as I hit the portal, the whole scene became morbid, everything turned black and white, there was a loud droning, staccato sound all around me.
Suddenly I was sucked out of it like I was never meant to be there as I frantically tried to ground myself.”

8. Running across the sky
“I once had a lucid dream that I could step in the air like it had steps and just run across the sky.
Then I was able to weave clouds into these lightning dragons that battled beside me as I took on a horde of ancient Chinese mythological beings.
It was an epic sky battle and I remember the rush of adrenaline I had battling in the air and free-falling then running in the air again and duking it out with these crazy gods. Super fun!”
